One cannot live by sprouts alone... so be sure to add some protein to your meal. In this case I used a couple as a foil for a VERRY VEGGIE salad lunch meal thingy. It was a very close call as to whether it tasted or looked better...!! Simply barely hard-boiled eggs, salt, pepper, chopped tomato and chives.

Have you had Kewpie mayonnaise (that Japanese mayo with the very soft squeezy bottle and red cap)? It's gorgeous on hard boiled eggs! I bet chives would be good with that combo too.
No, I haven't tried that Kewpie mayonnaise yet - although I have seen it in my local branch of Seoul Plaza... Cute bottle! I must try it, now that you've recommended it!
