A Provençal Daube

A Provençal Daube

The recipe, in its adapted form, can be found here. The result was one of the best beef stews I have ever tasted! Chapeau, Steve!

Lisa!!
That looks delicious!!
I hope I was there to try some. My mom just passed by and I was bragging on how a wonderful cook you are.
I'm very happy to hear that you had a wonderful Christmas it all sounded so busy but I bet you had a great time. The work load seems kinda too much but I'm glad you're enjoying it. I knew you would like to do something involving teaching you really really had the knack of it.
We're celebrating the the "western" New year with my mom's family today because originally Korea celebrates the "Chinese" New Year and traditionally (because of the boys-preference notion..this I think will hardly ever change) the Chinese New year is celebrated with the paternal family. So I'm at my mom's mom's house :) and we are having a lovely time with traditional New Year's food.
Anyway, I'll visit time to time to get my mouth savored and drooling.
Thank you so much for telling me your three kitty's names again. ^-^ I hope all three of them are healthy (and of course, definitely you and Steve as well...seems like I can't hide that I'll be a vet) I hope Robbies not into too much mischeif.

Cheers, April
